Daryl Balfour is an experienced photojournalist who, with his photographer wife, Sharna, has spent most of the past 30 years in some of southern Africa’s wildest areas. Among the publications they have to their credit are Okavango – An African Paradise, Rhino, Etosha and African Elephants (all published by Penguin Random House). The Balfours also run and own a specialist safari company taking guests to spectacular locations around the globe.
